Dear God,

I thought I would pray

and let you know my sweetheart

is pretty OK.

Thank you for sending her down to earth.

I bet it was pretty hard to let her go -

I know you two were very close.

I see your reflection in her eyes.

I love her a lot

as I know you do too.

I’ll take care of her

and bring her home safely to you.

It sure was nice of you

to bring us together.

She is a wonderful friend

and will be forever.
